Booking Term

We currently offer two types of booking methods depending on the property: Instant Booking and Manual Booking.

1.⁠ ⁠Instant Booking
Some of our properties support instant booking. After you complete the booking form on our website, you will be redirected to a secure payment page through e-Smartlink.
– A full advance payment (100%) is required to secure your reservation.
– Once your payment is successful, a confirmation email containing all booking details and villa information will be sent automatically.
– No further confirmation is needed as the booking is secured instantly.

2.⁠ ⁠Inquiry Booking
For properties that do not support instant booking, we manually confirm villa availability with the owner’s management before finalizing your reservation.

Here’s how to book using inqury form :

– Request your stay: Let us know your preferred dates by contacting us directly.
– Confirmation and Invoice: We’ll check availability and send you an invoice for the full payment or a deposit, along with instructions for submitting your payment proof.
– Confirmation Email: Once your payment is confirmed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all the booking details and villa information.
– Confirmation Letter: After successful payment, we’ll send you a confirmation letter containing all the booking details and villa information for your reference.

Booking Policy

Check-in and Check-out Times:
– Check-in time is at 15:00 WITA (Western Indonesian Time).
– Check-out time is at 12:00 WITA.
– Early check-in or late check-out may be accommodated upon request and subject to availability. Guests are advised to contact the property in advance.

Prohibited Activities:
– Parties of any kind are strictly prohibited on the premises.
– The presence of pets is not allowed within the establishment.
– Guests are requested to refrain from playing loud music in consideration of other guests and neighbours.

Late Check-out Policy:
– Late check-out until 18:00 hours is possible upon request and subject to availability.
– A surcharge of 50% of the daily rate will be applied for late check-outs beyond 12:00 WITA until 18:00 hours.

Cancellation Policy

– All payments made are non-refundable. In the event of cancellation or no-show, guests will forfeit the total amount paid.

Damage Policy
– Guests are responsible for any damages caused to the property during their stay. The property reserves the right to request payment for damages incurred. Disputes regarding damages are to be resolved directly between the guest and the property management. The booking provider will not be involved in the dispute resolution process.

Payment Policy

Advance Payment:
– For instant bookings, 100% full payment is required through the e-Smartlink system at the time of booking.
– For inquiry bookings with check-in dates less than 30 days away, 100% of the total amount must be paid immediately upon receiving the invoice.
– For inquiry bookings with check-in dates more than 30 days away, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total amount is required upon receiving the invoice.

Acceptance of Terms & Conditions:
– By making a booking and completing the payment, guests agree to abide by all terms and conditions outlined in this document. It is understood that payment indicates acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Compliance Statement

– The policies outlined above are in accordance with the laws applicable in Indonesia. The property adheres to the legal requirements governing accommodations and hospitality services within the country.
